Graphic Designer | Vijayawada / Amaravati (Full-time)

This is not a "resize the banner and change the font" role.

AD96 is building one of the most integrated brand-activation platforms in Andhra Pradesh: an in-house creative studio, our own DOOH network running on our own CMS, performance marketing, market research, and on-ground events, all under one roof. Our designs don't sit in a PDF. They run on screens across the city, in feeds, on shop fronts and on stage.

We need a designer who thinks before they open Photoshop.

What we're looking for:

- 3-4 years of design experience (agency, studio, brand, or a serious freelance body of work)
- A portfolio that shows ideas, not just layouts. We want to see why something looks the way it does
- Strong command of typography, composition and colour, plus the judgment to know when to break the rules
- Comfortable designing across formats: social, DOOH and outdoor, print, motion-ready static, event branding
- Ease with Telugu typography and the visual culture of the market we design for
- Fluency in Adobe tools, and real curiosity about AI image tools as part of the workflow, not a gimmick

Strongly preferred:





- Basic motion design (After Effects or similar). DOOH loves movement
- Experience building campaign systems, not just one-off posts
- Some illustration, 3D, or experimental work you made just because you wanted to

We are NOT looking for:

- Template-driven designers who start every brief on Canva or Freepik
- Portfolios full of festival greetings and "Happy Ugadi" posts
- People who wait to be told exactly what to make
