Role Description This is a full time, on-site C Programming Faculty (M Tech) role based in Faridabad. The faculty member will deliver classroom and lab sessions on C programming, covering fundamentals, advanced concepts, data structures, and best practices in coding standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, developing assignments and assessments, and providing timely feedback to learners.

The role involves mentoring students on practical projects, guiding them through debugging and optimization techniques,



and supporting their readiness for corporate environments. The faculty will collaborate with other trainers and academic coordinators to align curriculum with current industry needs, participate in syllabus reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

- Advanced academic background with an M Tech or equivalent postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Robust expertise in C programming, including pointers, memory management, data structures, algorithms, and debugging tools.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners in programming or technical subjects, preferably in an institutional or corporate setting.
- Ability to design and deliver structured course content, practical labs, and assessments that meet industry-relevant learning outcomes.
- Effective classroom management, clear communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Familiarity with related technologies or languages (such as C++, data structures, operating systems, or basic Linux environments) is an advantage.
- Comfort with using digital tools for content delivery, presentations, and student performance tracking.
- Commitment to learner success, continuous skill development, and staying current with evolving programming practices and industry standards.
