Role :AI/ML Engineering - Technical Lead

Work Location: Chennai

Experience

- 7 to 12Years years of software development experience with strong fundamentals of writing production-quality code, not just working code
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and integration in a live product workplace -
- Working experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and context management in production
- Enough cloud and DevOps competence to own deployments independently
- Ability to communicate technical thinking clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working on conversational AI, voice bots, or contact centre technology
- Exposure to MLOps practices - model versioning, evaluation pipelines, A/B testing of model variants
