Role Description The Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This position involves designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with relevant standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing load calculations, selecting equipment, preparing and reviewing HVAC drawings and specifications, and coordinating with project managers, electricians, and other engineers on site.

The engineer will oversee testing and commissioning activities, diagnose and resolve system issues,



conduct preventive maintenance, and provide technical guidance to installation and service teams. The role also includes documenting work, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement in safety, quality, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design for industrial, commercial, and residential applications.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in HVAC system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and reviewing HVAC layouts and technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Maintenance & Repair experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site.
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial HVAC projects in India is an advantage.
