Cortex Platform Enhancement

Summary

This role focuses on advancing the Cortex platform through strategic feature assessment, seamless rollout, and ongoing operational excellence. The position is critical for ensuring system stability, enhancing user experience, and driving the adoption of new capabilities such as advanced metrics, comprehensive dashboards, and robust reporting tools. The incumbent will lead initiatives to maintain platform health, support end-users, and integrate complex workflows while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate emerging Cortex functionalities, including system performance metrics, dashboard preparedness, high-level overviews, and CQL reporting, to determine their readiness for deployment.

- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of recent features to ensure they meet team requirements before full-scale release.

- Record testing results, verify deployment readiness, and monitor subsequent actions to ensure successful implementation.

- Oversee continuous support operations, streamline frequently asked questions, minimize user inquiries, manage workflow communications, and enhance support transparency.

- Monitor support metrics, track user notifications, and coordinate ongoing maintenance tasks.





- Facilitate the integration of Geneva and TNS templates into Cortex workflows and manage the onboarding process.

- Verify template specifications, conduct sandbox testing for onboarding, and address or monitor obstacles affecting production deployment.

- Expand the scope of scorecard data and harmonize TCM scoring rules to ensure accuracy.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate DORA and TCM logic, ensuring consistency in reporting across Cortex and analytics environments.

- Document dependencies related to data and APIs, as well as potential risks associated with reporting structures.

- Assess custom metrics, entity relationships, and vendor or API-supported features to determine platform capabilities.

- Analyze system dependencies and available team capacity to prioritize work.

- Initiate or advance necessary Product Backlog Items (PBIs) to support platform evolution.

Requirements

- Expert-level proficiency in C# programming.

- Expert-level expertise in React framework development.

- Advanced mastery of Azure Logic Apps.

- Intermediate to competent skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions.

- Strong capability in designing and integrating REST APIs.

- Proficiency in DevOps methodologies, with mandatory experience in GitHub Actions.

- Knowledge of AI augmentation techniques.

- Experience in Agentic Engineering practices.
