Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves providing healthcare support and services in alignment with criminology-focused initiatives, including initial medical assessments, basic emergency care, and ongoing health monitoring of individuals in relevant programs or environments.

The Healthcare

Specialist will coordinate with EMTs, security professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate medical response, maintain health records, and support the implementation of health and safety protocols. Daily activities include delivering training on basic health and emergency procedures, communicating clearly with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines and organizational policies. The role also requires participation in case reviews, contributing healthcare insights to research or practical projects, and assisting in the development of health-related procedures and documentation.

Qualifications





- Clinical and emergency care capabilities, including EMT experience and foundational knowledge of medicine.
- Robust communication skills to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and program participants.
- Experience or interest in healthcare delivery within security, criminology, or community-based environments.
- Ability to design and deliver training sessions related to basic healthcare, emergency response, and safety protocols.
- Relevant education in healthcare, nursing, emergency medical services, or a related field; appropriate certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage confidential information responsibly, and follow established medical and ethical standards.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using basic digital tools for documentation and reporting.
