- Patient Education & Engagement

•Explain the purpose and perks of monitoring.

•Educate patients on care and troubleshooting.

•Ensure patients understand monitoring requirements.

•Address patient concerns professionally.

- Data Quality & Monitoring Initiation

•Confirm data transmission is functioning correctly.

•Initiate monitoring sessions on the platform.

•Perform basic troubleshooting.
