Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Head – Procurement & Global Supply Chain to lead procurement and supply-chain operations across multiple brands and markets.

The role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing strategic suppliers, driving cost optimization, improving inventory and supply-chain efficiency, and building scalable procurement and distribution systems to support the company's growth and expansion into new markets.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, logistics, inventory planning, and supply-chain operations, preferably within F&B;, QSR, hospitality, food services, or FMCG.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement and supply-chain operations across multiple brands and markets.
- Develop and implement global and local sourcing strategies for food, beverages, packaging, equipment, and other operating categories.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage strategic suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, service levels, and commercial agreements.
- Drive procurement cost savings and continuous cost-optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring supplier performance and reliability.
- Manage demand planning, forecasting, inventory levels, product availability, and working capital.
- Build efficient logistics, warehousing, distribution, and supply-chain processes.
- Establish supplier quality, compliance, traceability, and risk-management standards.
- Identify supply risks and develop contingency and alternative sourcing strategies.




- Support procurement and supply-chain requirements for new outlets, brands, and market launches.
- Implement procurement policies, processes, KPIs, reporting systems, and governance frameworks.
- Drive technology, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation within procurement and supply-chain operations.
- Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance, Quality, and other departments to ensure the right balance of quality, availability, cost, and operational requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop procurement and supply-chain teams.
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, supplier developments, and opportunities for strategic sourcing.

Required Qualifications & • Experience
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in F&B;, QSR, Hospitality, Food Services, FMCG, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing procurement and supply-chain operations across multiple locations.
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Experience managing food, beverage, packaging, equipment, or other operational procurement categories.




- International sourcing and multi-country supply-chain experience will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience implementing procurement systems, technology, automation, or data-driven processes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
