Role Description The Head of Sales, Head of After Sales: SCV & HCV, Gujarat is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position oversees sales and after-sales operations for small commercial vehicles (SCV) and commercial vehicles (light, Intermediate, medium & heavy dutyILMH-CV) in Gujarat, ensuring achievement of revenue, volume, and profitability targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key customer accounts, and driving market.

The role also involves leading after-sales service performance, optimizing service processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely support, parts availability, and workshop efficiency. The individual will manage and mentor cross-functional teams, collaborate with OEM and internal stakeholders, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new business, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve regional targets.




- Proven Account Management abilities to build long-term customer relationships and manage key accounts in the mining and commercial vehicle sectors.
- Demonstrated Team Management experience to lead, coach, and develop sales and after-sales teams across multiple locations.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, service performance metrics, and financial reports for informed decision-making.
- Relevant experience in commercial vehicles, mining equipment, or automotive dealership operations, preferably in SCV and HCV segments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, OEM partners, and large enterprise clients.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Gujarat and other regions as required to oversee sales and service operations.
