We are looking for an experienced Lithium Battery Assembly / Battery Pack Production qualified to join our growing battery business.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have hands-on factory experience in lithium battery pack assembly, testing, BMS integration and production troubleshooting.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lithium-ion battery pack assembly and production

- Cell sorting, grading and matching
- Cell inspection and electrical testing
- Battery pack configuration and assembly
- BMS selection, installation and wiring
- Spot welding / nickel strip welding / busbar assembly
- Pack insulation, enclosure assembly and safety procedures
- Battery charging/discharging and capacity testing
- Internal resistance / IR testing
- Voltage balancing and cell matching
- BMS programming, configuration and troubleshooting
- Battery pack QC and end-of-line testing
- Identification of defective cells and packs
- Production SOP development and implementation
- Troubleshooting battery failures and BMS issues
- Working with different lithium chemistries such as LFP, NMC and other Li-ion chemistries
- Maintaining production, QC and testing records
- Training operators and establishing safe assembly practices

Energy storage systems (ESS)

Battery swapping systems

EV battery manufacturing

Battery pack repair / refurbishment

Cell testing and grading

BMS integration





Experience with new battery pack manufacturing as well as second-life/re-used lithium batteries will be an added advantage.

? IDEAL CANDIDATEWe want a hands-on problem solver, not someone who only has theoretical knowledge.

You should be comfortable working directly on the shop floor, handling cells, understanding pack architecture, diagnosing failures and developing reliable production processes.
