The Head Admissions is a pivotal role within our leading chain of schools located in Undri, Maharashtra. This position is responsible for overseeing the admissions team and ensuring the achievement of defined admission targets.

The Head

Admissions will lead and manage a team of Admission Counselors, providing guidance and support to enhance team productivity and performance. A key aspect of this role involves conducting regular training sessions to equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge regarding admissions activities, school policies, and processes. Collaboration with School Leaders and the Admin Manager is essential to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.

In addition to team leadership, the Head Admissions will engage with potential preschools within a 10 km radius, onboarding them under the Preschool Partnership Engagement Program (PPEP). The role also requires developing and executing continuous engagement programs with parents and partners, which includes conducting workshops and Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), as well as coordinating partner participation in campus events such as Annual Day and Sports Day. Event management is another critical responsibility, ensuring that all planned school activities are well-coordinated to maximize visibility and drive footfall.

The Head

Admissions will also manage the school's digital presence,



including Google My Business and social media platforms, ensuring consistent online engagement and responding to reviews. Competitor analysis is vital, as the Head Admissions will conduct regular market analysis by visiting nearby schools and monitoring new school openings to analyze their admissions strategies. Maintaining and analyzing data on qualified leads and walk-ins through Management Information Systems (MIS) is essential to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions to meet admission goals.

Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the admission counseling process is required to maintain a seamless admissions experience. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and an analytical mindset to interpret data and trends. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms, along with event planning and coordination expertise, is essential.

Attention to detail and adherence to processes are critical for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field is required, with a post-graduate degree/diploma in Education Management or Marketing considered a plus.
