Bright Idea Studios is a content studio that makes AI content for brands, agencies and founders. We combine content strategy with quick AI production to deliver performance ads, UGC-style videos, microdramas, founder-led content and original IPs. Our own community IP, TheFanStory, has grown to 280K+ followers and 5M+ monthly reach.

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to bring in new business and build our client and partner network. You'll own the full sales cycle across four segments: D2C brands, agencies, enterprise clients and founders. This is an early, high-ownership role with direct access to the founder and a real say in how the studio grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Find, pitch and close new business with D2C brands, agencies, enterprise clients and founders
- Own the pipeline end to end: prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation and closing
- Build agency and white-label partnerships that bring in steady project flow
- Work with the creative and strategy teams on pitches, pricing and service packages
- Turn one-off projects into retainers and long-term content programs
- Track pipeline, revenue and conversion, and report on growth each month
- Represent Bright Idea Studios at industry events,



in founder communities and on LinkedIn

Requirements

- [2–5] years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships at a creative, digital, media or content agency, or in SaaS
- Proven record of closing B2B deals and hitting revenue targets
- Strong understanding of D2C marketing, performance ads, UGC and short-form content
- An existing network of marketing heads, brand managers, founders or agency leaders
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage setting where you build processes from scratch
- Interest in AI tools and how they're changing content production

Good to Have

- Experience selling video production, influencer/UGC or performance creative services
- Familiarity with branded entertainment or microdrama formats
