Guest Scout (Podcast Guest Booking & Outreach) - ThinkSchool

Help grow ThinkSchool's channel by finding the right guests, reaching them and bringing them on the show. We are hiring a full-time Guest Scout (guest booker, guest outreach and guest research) in Mumbai.

What you will do

- Research guests and topics across business, politics and education, and build a relevant guest list.
- Follow podcasts, interviews and current conversations to spot topics that fit ThinkSchool's content and audience.
- Find routes to prospective guests (managers, publicists, PR contacts and networks), manage outreach and follow up consistently.
- Book guests and coordinate next steps with the team.

What we are looking for

- Prior qualified experience in podcast guest scouting, guest booking or guest outreach, with examples of guests you have secured.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Persistence, discipline and a thoughtful approach to follow-ups.




- Relevant connections and the ability to build relationships with guests, creators and their teams.
- Familiarity with ThinkSchool's content and vision.

Job details

Full-time | Work from office, Andheri West, Mumbai | Budget: 12 LPA | Working hours are not fixed.
