Role Description The G.S.A | Team Leader - F&B; Service is a full time, on-site role based at Radisson Blu Indore. This role involves supervising daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met in restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B; outlets.

The Team

Leader guides and supports the service team, allocates duties, monitors performance, and assists in training team members to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include handling guest queries and feedback, coordinating with kitchen and other departments, overseeing table settings and order delivery,



and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The role also requires active participation in shift briefings, managing reservations or special events, and helping maintain a positive, guest-centric atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, motivate, and support F&B; service staff.
- Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills to oversee daily operations, enforce standards, and manage shifts effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and collaborate with colleagues.
- Relevant experience in food and beverage service, preferably in upscale hotels or restaurants.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant service procedures, hygiene and safety standards, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
