We’re hiring our first Growth Marketing Manager at klipp.tech.

We build InstaIndex, a Shopify app that helps merchants improve indexing, structured data, and visibility across search and AI platforms.

We have a product with paying customers. Now, we’re looking for someone to work closely with me and our content writer to help more of the right merchants discover InstaIndex, understand its value, and become customers.

? Jaipur · Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

? 3–5 years of experience

? ₹10–14 lakh CTC, depending on experience and demonstrated results

? Performance-driven bonus, plus learning and transportation allowances

What you’ll own

- Understand our merchants: what they need, why they choose us, and what holds them back
- Improve how we present InstaIndex across our Shopify App Store listing, website, and campaigns
- Turn useful content into distribution that reaches potential customers
- Build relationships with Shopify agencies, creators, and ecosystem partners
- Run focused growth experiments, measure results, and build on what works

You won’t be expected to do everything at once. Part of your role will be deciding where our time and budget can make the biggest difference.

Who we’re looking for





Someone who has personally planned and executed marketing campaigns, ideally for a SaaS product or Shopify app.

You should be comfortable writing clearly, talking to customers, reaching out to potential partners, and using data to make decisions. We’d love to work with someone who brings ideas, follows through, and feels comfortable challenging the founder’s thinking.

You don’t need to know every marketing channel. You do need meaningful results you can walk us through—including what didn’t work and what you learned.

I’m a developer at heart, so you’ll have someone alongside you who understands the product and can help turn ideas into changes.
