Role Description The Growth Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Pragmys’ user and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, identifying developer and hiring team segments, and helping design and test growth experiments across channels. The intern will support outreach campaigns, contribute to sales pipeline activities, and coordinate with product and marketing to refine messaging.

Additional tasks may involve tracking performance metrics, documenting learnings,



and supporting small projects that improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate experiments, and identify actionable growth opportunities.
- Effective Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication for outreach, collaboration, and documentation.
- Interest or experience in Growth Hacking, with creativity in testing new acquisition, activation, and retention tactics.
- Foundational Sales skills, including comfort with outreach, follow-ups, and understanding user needs.
- Basic Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional team members.
- Curiosity about developer tools, recruiting, or HR tech, and willingness to learn in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and take initiative on assigned projects.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
