About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who thinks beyond design execution.

The role is for someone who understands design, advertising, brands and consumers, and can turn a brief or a simple thought into a strong visual idea.

You will work across different brands, formats and creative challenges, with the freedom to experiment with design, AI and emerging creative tools.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the thinking, shape the visual direction and take ownership of the work from concept to final execution.

What You’ll Do

- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on briefs
- Create designs across social media, digital campaigns, presentations, branding and other brand communication
- Translate advertising and campaign ideas into solid visual executions
- Understand the brand objective, consumer mindset and communication thought behind the work
- Apply strong design principles across typography, layout,



composition, colour, imagery and visual hierarchy
- Explore multiple creative routes and visual styles to find the strongest solution
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools for ideation, visual exploration, image generation, design development and creative experimentation
- Experiment with new AI tools and emerging technologies to improve the creative process and push the work further
- Take projects from the initial thought through exploration, execution and final delivery
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy team while bringing your own ideas and perspective
- Take ownership of the quality, timelines and final output The Kind of Designer We’re Looking For
- Strong visual instinct with a clear understanding of what makes communication visually compelling
- Positive understanding of design thinking, typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling
- An advertising and consumer mindset, with the ability to understand the thought behind the communication
- Creative curiosity and the confidence to explore different ideas, styles and visual directions
- Strong design discipline with the ability to balance creativity with the fundamentals of good design
- Independent thinking and the ability to bring a point of view to a brief




- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and a willingness to continuously explore new creative and AI tools
- Comfortable experimenting with AI as part of the creative process, from ideation to visual development and execution
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail
- A genuine desire to keep learning, experiment with new ways of working and grow as a creative

Good to Have

- Experience working in an advertising, creative or brand environment
- Experience working on campaigns or brand communication
- Experience with AI image and video generation tools
- Understanding of motion graphics, animation or CGI
- Interest in generative AI and emerging creative technologies
