About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & UI/UX with 6 months to 2 years of agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to create engaging designs for digital platforms.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging visual content and contribute to shaping client brand identities across social media and web channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design visually appealing graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create design assets for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms.




- Work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Required Skills & Tools:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience using Figma for design and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Canva for quick and efficient content creation.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 6 months–2 years of relevant experience in a creative/digital marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.

Compensation:

Salary: 30–50% hike on the candidate’s current salary, based on experience, skills, portfolio, and overall suitability for the role.
