About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our in-house team at our Market Yard, Pune office.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Export teams to create high-quality visual content for the Jairaj brand, including social media, packaging, product catalogues, presentations and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital platforms
- Design social media posts, banners, campaigns and promotional creatives
- Design product packaging, labels, pouches, brochures and catalogues
- Create product and marketing creatives for domestic and international/export buyers
- Design company presentations, product sheets and business communication material
- Develop creatives for new product launches and seasonal campaigns




- Maintain consistency in Jairaj brand identity and visual guidelines
- Create creatives for Amazon, e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms
- Prepare artwork for printing and packaging
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives on time
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure accuracy of final artwork
- Maintain organised editable files and brand assets

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Good knowledge of Canva
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW is an advantage
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour and branding
- Good understanding of print and packaging design
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements

Preferred Experience
- FMCG / Food / Packaging / E-commerce experience preferred
- Experience with food packaging and product labels
- Social media creative design experience
- Basic video editing / motion graphics skills are an advantage

Important Requirements
- Part-time role – minimum 5 hours per day
- Flexible working hours, subject to team coordination
- Work from office only – Market Yard, Gultekdi, Pune
- Candidates must be comfortable working in-office
- Portfolio is mandatory
