Role Description The Graphic Designer at BeaconBlitz is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This role involves creating visual assets for events, competitions, workshops, and digital campaigns, including social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.

The Graphic

Designer will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop cohesive branding and design concepts that align with BeaconBlitz’s mission and audience. Daily tasks include designing logos and visual identities, refining layouts and typography, and preparing files for both digital and print use.



The role also includes iterating on feedback, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, and contributing creative ideas to enhance participant engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop clear visual identities for events and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create readable, visually appealing layouts across various formats.
- Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software).
- Candidates should demonstrate a solid portfolio showcasing creative work, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles.
- Candidates should have strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should ideally hold a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience designing for events, education, or digital communities is beneficial.
