Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Punjab, India.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for political campaigns, including logos, branding materials, digital graphics, social media creatives, and print collaterals. Daily tasks include developing design concepts, refining visuals based on feedback, preparing files for various media channels, and ensuring consistency with campaign messaging and brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with strategy and research teams to translate complex data and ideas into clear,



visually compelling designs that support campaign objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual materials for both digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop distinctive campaign identities and maintain cohesive visual standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an understanding of layout, readability, and visual hierarchy for political communication.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.
- A portfolio demonstrating prior design work, ideally including campaign, corporate, or brand-focused projects, is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, in office environment are beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
