Why this role exists

We build enterprise AI infrastructure for manufacturing, construction, hospitality and government clients. The engineering is strong. The way we show it to the world is not yet at the same level.

This is our first full-time creative hire. You will work directly with the founder, and the visual language you create is the one everyone after you will work within.

What you will own

- Brand identity. Colour, typography, grid, iconography and illustration style, documented so the team can use it without asking you every time.
- Graphic design. Client proposals, pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures and event collateral.
- Illustration and visual art. Original illustrations, product and architecture diagrams, concept art and visuals that make complex engineering easy to understand.
- Digital and social media design. Website visuals, landing pages and LinkedIn creatives.
- Motion and video. Short motion graphics and simple video edits, around 1 to 2 pieces a month.
- Curation. Decide what represents us, retire what does not, and hold the quality line when deadlines get tight.

Who we are looking for

- A portfolio that shows a strong eye for composition, colour and typography. Your portfolio matters far more to us than your degree.
- Fresh graduates and self-taught designers are welcome,



as are designers with up to 2 years of experience.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic skills in one motion or video tool: After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- An art practice of your own, whether that is illustration, sketching, digital painting, photography or 3D.
- The ability to take a rough idea and come back with something better than what was described.
- Comfort with blunt feedback, and the confidence to push back when you believe you are right.
- Genuine interest in industrial subject matter. Much of this work is about factories, cameras, construction sites and data infrastructure.

Nice to have: Blender or Cinema 4D, AI tools in your creative workflow, photography and on-site shooting.
