Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Graduate IT or Junior Recruiter to join our team and build a career in IT Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Screen candidates and understand their skills.
- Speak with candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and support recruitment activities.

What We're Looking For

- Recent graduate in HR, Business, IT or related field.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Hardworking, confident and willing to learn.
- Interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Recruitment experience is not required.
