What we do

Svadhyay is a TÜV SÜD-recognised enterprise workforce training company. We deliver government skilling programs, digital literacy initiatives, and technical training across India and Europe.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, well-networked individual who can open and convert government partnerships for Svadhyay — State Skill Development Missions, NSDC contracts, MeitY programs, State IT departments, defence PSUs, and related institutional bodies.

1. This is a pure commission role. No salary. No retainer.
2. You earn % of every contract value you bring in — on signature.

What you bring

- Existing relationships with IAS/IPS officers, State government departments, NSDC, MeitY, or equivalent institutional networks
- Understanding of government procurement cycles — RFPs, empanelment, MoUs, direct engagement
- Ability to open doors, manage relationships, and shepherd a proposal to signature
- Prior experience in government BD, consultancy, or public sector liaison (retired bureaucrats,

ex-government officials, and policy professionals are strongly encouraged to apply)

What you get

- Commission on every government contract closed — no ceiling
- Full backend support from Svadhyay — proposals, presentations, credentials, TÜV SÜD certification, delivery capability, references
- Adaptable, independent engagement — you own your relationships and your time
- Long-term partnership as Svadhyay scales its government vertical nationally

This role is NOT for you if you are looking for a salary, a job title, or hand-holding. This is for someone who has the network, knows the terrain, and wants to earn significantly from deploying what they already have.
