Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee will work full time in office at the North Goa facility, supporting day-to-day engineering and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include assisting in production line activities, supporting the implementation of engineering designs, and coordinating with senior engineers on process improvements. The trainee will help gather and analyze operational data, participate in troubleshooting equipment or process issues, and contribute to basic project documentation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, following safety and quality standards,



and learning company procedures and systems.

This position is designed to provide structured exposure to industrial engineering practices and prepare the trainee for future technical and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering skills, with the ability to understand industrial processes and equipment.
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Basic Project Management capabilities, including task coordination, time management, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with CAD tools, engineering drawings, and standard manufacturing practices is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in an industrial environment and learn from hands-on assignments.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality procedures, and lean or productivity improvement concepts is beneficial.
