Role Description The Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst is a full time, on-site role based in Surat. The analyst is responsible for assessing information security and cyber security risks, designing and maintaining governance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies. Day-to-day activities include conducting risk assessments, reviewing control effectiveness, documenting policies and procedures, and preparing reports for management and stakeholders.

The role also involves coordinating audits, tracking remediation activities, supporting incident response from a governance perspective,



and collaborating with technical and business teams to implement security controls. The GRC Analyst will contribute to continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture by recommending process enhancements and supporting awareness and training initiatives.

Qualifications
