Role Description This is an on-site, contract role for GNM and ANM Nurses in Kolkata, focused on providing homecare services to older adults/ patients.

? Pay

- 12-hour shift: ₹750 to ₹850
- 24-hour shift: ₹1,500

Qualifications





- Valid GNM or ANM qualification from a recognized institution and current registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Experience in homecare, geriatric care, or general nursing, preferably working with older adults in community or residential settings.
- Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and emergency first response.
- Ability to follow care plans, maintain detailed patient documentation, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of infection control, hygiene standards, and safe handling practices in home environments.
- Empathy, patience, and a respectful approach to clients from diverse backgrounds, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic organizational and time-management abilities, including managing home visits and shift responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to work on-site across different locations within Kolkata and to adapt to varying home settings.
- Basic proficiency in local language(s) and English for effective communication and documentation.
- Prior experience in elder care or palliative care is an added advantage.
