Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Furniture Sales and Design role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their requirements, and offering design-led furniture solutions aligned with project needs and brand aesthetics. The team member will present product options, explain materials, finishes, and customization possibilities, and prepare quotations or proposals in coordination with the design and production teams.





Daily responsibilities include maintaining showroom displays, coordinating with architects and interior designers, following up on leads, and supporting order processing and documentation to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role also requires close collaboration with design and manufacturing teams to translate customer inputs into feasible designs and to provide status updates to clients throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and design professionals.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales and general Sales skills for managing walk-ins, lead follow-ups, and closing orders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture, including materials, finishes, ergonomics, and customization options.
- Relevant experience in furniture retail, interior design, or home décor sales is beneficial.
- Ability to read or interpret basic floor plans and measurements is an advantage.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools for documentation, quotations, and customer follow-up.
- A qualification in interior design, furniture design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, a design-oriented mindset, and willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
