Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications that power the LawyerLinked platform. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing front-end user interfaces, implementing and maintaining back-end services and APIs, managing databases, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability across the stack.

The role also includes participating in code reviews, contributing to architecture decisions, troubleshooting issues in production, and continuously improving the development workflow and tooling.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong front-end development skills (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS) and experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess solid back-end development skills (e.g., server-side languages, RESTful APIs, microservices) and experience with building scalable application architectures.
- Candidates should possess database design and management skills (e.g., relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, data modeling) to support reliable data storage and retrieval.
- Candidates should possess skills in version control and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, code review practices, CI/CD pipelines) to support efficient team-based development.
- Candidates should possess skills in application security, performance optimization, and basic cloud infrastructure concepts to ensure robust and efficient deployments.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Beneficial experience includes working in a startup or product-focused environment, familiarity with legal-tech or professional services platforms, and a robust emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
