We are looking for a Fulfillment Executive / Picker & Packer to accurately pick, verify, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately as per customer orders.
- Scan and verify SKU, product, and quantity before packing.
- Check product condition before dispatch.
- Pack electronics and small components safely using proper packing materials and anti-static bags where required.
- Prepare shipping labels and hand over shipments to Blue Dart before the daily dispatch cut-off.
- Support product receiving and storage when required.
- Report missing, damaged, wrong, or excess products immediately.
- Handle products carefully and safely; ability to lift packages up to 25 kg.
- Keep the fulfillment area clean and organized.
- Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
- Meet daily picking, packing, and dispatch targets.
Requirements
Freshers welcome — full practical training provided.
- Reliable, careful, physically active, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and complete orders accurately and on time.
- Physical capability to safely handle and lift packages up to 25 kg.
- Basic scanning/computer literacy for order processing and label generation.
