Role Description The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at River Heritage Resort in Ramnagar. This role oversees daily front office operations, including check-in and check-out processes, guest inquiries, reservations, and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

The Front Office

Manager leads and trains the front office team, monitors customer satisfaction, manages guest feedback and complaints, and maintains high service standards.

Responsibilities also include supervising cash handling and billing, updating room availability systems, preparing daily reports, and ensuring adherence to resort policies and procedures.



The role requires active presence in the lobby and front desk area to support guests, guide team members, and uphold the resort’s luxury brand image.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Office Administration and Front Office management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle guest interactions and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with guests and internal teams.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in luxury hotels or resorts, with knowledge of reservation systems, billing procedures, and basic reporting.
- Candidates should demonstrate leadership abilities, team supervision experience, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, along with prior front office supervisory or managerial experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment is required.
