Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role based in Delhi, India.

The Front Desk

Receptionist will greet and register patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle incoming phone calls and inquiries. Daily responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, maintaining accurate records, and supporting basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The role also involves collecting and verifying patient information, guiding visitors within the facility, and communicating clearly with medical staff to ensure smooth operations.





The receptionist will uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors.

Qualifications

- Robust customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and clerical skills, including scheduling, record keeping, filing, and basic data entry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems or high call volumes.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office or healthcare software; experience with patient management systems is an advantage.

- Prior experience in a front desk, hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow healthcare protocols and safety procedures.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or healthcare support is beneficial.
