AwinnSky is a performance marketing agency helping businesses generate quality leads and customers through Meta Ads.

We are looking for a Pune-based Freelance B2B Appointment Setter / SDR who can independently research businesses, identify decision-makers, cold call prospects, qualify opportunities and generate sales opportunities for AwinnSky.

This is a commission-only independent contractor role.

You should be comfortable speaking with Pune-based business owners in whichever language they prefer.

What You'll DoYou will be responsible for the complete initial outbound process:

- Research potential businesses in our target industries
- Identify business owners and decision-makers
- Research their Instagram, website and current advertising presence
- Identify potential Meta Ads / lead-generation opportunities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects
- Start and manage the initial sales conversation
- Understand the prospect's current marketing and lead-generation situation
- Qualify genuine opportunities
- Handle basic objections
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Book qualified sales calls with the AwinnSky founder
- Maintain prospect and follow-up information in Google Sheets

This is NOT a data-entry or lead-list-building role. We are looking for someone who can research, call, communicate, qualify and create genuine sales opportunities.

The initial geographical focus is Pune. RequirementsMust Have

- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR, appointment setting or cold calling
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to confidently speak with business owners and decision-makers
- Fluent/comfortable communication in Marathi, Hindi and English
- Based in Pune
- Comfortable making cold calls
- Good prospect research skills
- Ability to handle basic sales objections
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Own laptop/desktop
- Reliable internet connection

You manage your own schedule as an independent freelancer.

Commission₹3,000 per successfully onboarded client

Commission is payable only after:

1. The prospect was sourced by you.
2. The prospect is a new lead for AwinnSky.
3. The prospect goes through the AwinnSky sales process.
4. The prospect agrees to become an AwinnSky client.
5. The client completes the onboarding process.
6. AwinnSky receives the client's initial payment.

ExampleYou source 10 prospects. 2 become paying AwinnSky clients.

2 × ₹3,000 = ₹6,000 commission

If none of your prospects become paying clients:

₹0 commission.

There is no commission for simply making calls or booking meetings.

? TransparencyFor prospects sourced by you, you will remain CC'd on relevant client-facing communication throughout the sales process until the official onboarding email.

This allows you to see the progress of your sourced prospects and provides transparency regarding conversions.

Once the client is officially onboarded, ongoing client communication will be handled directly by AwinnSky.

Prospect AttributionCommission applies only to prospects personally sourced by you.

Commission will not apply to:

- Existing AwinnSky clients
- Existing AwinnSky leads




- Prospects already present in our database
- Prospects who contacted AwinnSky independently before your outreach

Attribution period: 90 days from the first recorded outreach. If your sourced prospect becomes a paying AwinnSky client within this period, the client will be attributed to you.

There are no fixed working hours.

You are responsible for managing your own schedule and outreach activity.

However, this is a performance-driven role, so consistent prospecting, calling and follow-up are expected.

You may work with other clients, provided there is no conflict of interest.
