Hiring: Freelance PR Consultant — Remote, Delhi NCR

Aim Alloys LLP is a ferroalloy manufacturer in Khushkhera, Rajasthan. We atomize ferrosilicon into engineered powders for welding consumables and dense media separation, supplying customers in Europe and India. Our current development work upcycles solar scrap into high-specification engineered powders.

That solar scrap work is the story we want told. We are looking for a consultant to run a 24-month thought-leadership programme around it. The objective is speaking platforms and technical media — not publicity volume.

Scope

- A 24-month roadmap built around the solar scrap upcycling narrative, with quarterly themes mapped to the conference calendar and our technical milestones
- Pipeline of conferences, symposia and panels where solar scrap recovery and materials circularity are live subjects — metals, welding, powder metallurgy, solar manufacturing and industrial sustainability, in India and abroad; own the call-for-papers calendar and pitch programme committees through to confirmation
- Speaker abstracts and session proposals on the solar scrap work, plus briefing notes and Q&A; prep
- Bylined articles, technical commentary and interviews placed in trade media, anchored on solar scrap recovery and engineered powder metallurgy




- Executive LinkedIn content on a set cadence, carrying the same narrative
- Monthly report: pitches issued, placements and slots secured, submissions pending

Requirements

- 5+ years in PR, corporate communications or trade journalism
- A real record of securing conference speaking slots — we weigh this most heavily, so lead with it
- Trade-press placements, ideally B2B industrial, metals or energy
- Ability to absorb technical material and write it clearly for a business audience
- Works independently against a brief; we are a manufacturing business, not a comms department
- Based in Delhi NCR, remote, occasional in-person meetings

Terms

Freelance monthly retainer against an agreed scope. 24 months, reviewed at six. Start November 2026. Other clients fine, no conflict in ferroalloys or welding consumables.
