? 1- Month School Career Counsellor Project in Ellenabad, Haryana.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct one-on-one career counselling and guidance sessions for students from Grades 8–12.
- Understand students’ interests, strengths, abilities, and career aspirations to provide personalised career guidance.




- Develop individualised career action plans based on each student’s profile, goals, and interests.
- Conduct career awareness sessions and interactive workshops to help students explore academic and career pathways.
