Position: Founder’s Office Volunteer

Availability: Limited positions

Suharth Foundation is looking for a highly proactive, articulate and responsible individual to work closely with the Founder’s Office and gain first-hand exposure to the strategy, partnerships, campaigns and execution behind a growing social impact organisation.

This is not a passive volunteering role. You will be involved in real initiatives, stakeholder interactions, proposals, campaigns and events.

What You Will Work On

Founder’s Office

Supporting the Founder with ongoing initiatives, strategic priorities and execution.

Research, meeting preparation, documentation and follow-ups.

Coordinating with partners, institutions, volunteers and stakeholders.

Maintaining action points and execution trackers.

Proposals & Partnerships

Supporting creation of professional proposals for CSR organisations, corporates, schools and strategic partners.

Researching potential partners and partnership opportunities.

Assisting with customised proposals, presentations and follow-ups.

Campaign Communications

Supporting campaign concepts, messaging, invitations and stakeholder communications.

Coordinating with creative/content teams for campaign execution.

Helping maintain consistent Foundation communication.

Volunteer Management

Supporting volunteer onboarding, coordination and engagement.

Allocating responsibilities and tracking execution.

Coordinating volunteer teams during campaigns and events.

Campaign & Event Management

Supporting campaigns from concept to execution.

Coordinating with schools, corporates, partners, guests, volunteers and vendors.

Assisting with event communication, guest coordination and on-ground execution.
