Scrrum Labs (ISO 27001:2022) builds software products and AI-powered tools for clients in India and abroad, and runs staff augmentation backed by our own tracking platform, Uplog. We're growing, and I need a right hand.

This role is not an assistant role. You'll work directly with me, the founder, across everything that moves the business forward.

What you'll do

- Find recent business: research prospects, identify opportunities, and build pipelines
- Run outreach on LinkedIn, email, and phone, both cold and warm, and own follow-ups until something closes
- Draft proposals, pitch decks, and bids, including on Upwork, alongside me
- Use AI to work faster: build automations, connect tools through MCP, and set up workflows so the same work isn't done twice
- Keep the business memory: track leads, commitments, and decisions so nothing slips
- Juggle 5–10 different things in a day without dropping any of them

Who you are

- Early in your career (roughly 1–4 years), with a track record of getting things done
- Fast. You ship today rather than perfect next week.
- Fluent with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, automation platforms) and curious about MCP and agents. If you've already automated something real,



tell us.
- Comfortable on the phone and in DMs, and not afraid of rejection
- Willing to tell me when I'm wrong and to back it up with reasoning. I don't want a yes-person.
- Able to change tactics quickly when something isn't working
- Hungry for closures, ownership, and growth

Not for you if

- You need step-by-step instructions to move
- You'd rather agree than argue
- You want a predictable 9-to-6 with one task at a time

That path is earned through measurable results: the new revenue you bring in, the clients you close, and the parts of the business you take full ownership of. You'll learn how a company actually runs, faster than anywhere else.
