Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 8+ years of professional software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile applications.

The role requires strong expertise in mobile application architecture, REST API integration, state management, performance optimization, and enterprise/CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, intuitive, scalable, and high-performance mobile user interfaces.
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, external services, CRM platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Develop reusable widgets, components, and application frameworks.
- Implement appropriate mobile application architecture and state management solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Support application releases, upgrades, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
- Follow Agile development practices and contribute to CI/CD-based delivery processes.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall software development experience,



with significant experience in mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Strong experience in cross-platform mobile application development.
- Hands-on experience with REST API integration and external service integration.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture and state management.
- Experience with mobile application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience developing mobile interfaces for CRM systems.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, mobile security, and offline synchronization.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale mobile applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software/mobile application development.
- Solid expertise in Flutter, Dart, mobile architecture, and API integration.
