- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions for Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Design and support solutions across core banking modules including CASA, Lending, Interest & Charges (IC), and Liquidity Management.
- Manage and support FLEXCUBE 14.x version upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and related functional impact assessments.
- Work on FLEXCUBE Core, CASA, IC, and Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM) requirements, including CEMLI-related activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution documents, process flows, configuration requirements, and impact analysis documents.
- Work closely with technical teams for CEMLI development, customization, configuration, and functional validation.
- Design and validate integration solutions with upstream and downstream applications, ATM/POS switches, payment systems, and gateway interfaces.




- Participate in end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects from requirement gathering and gap analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and production support.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and production validation activities.
- Analyze functional defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with development and technical teams for resolution.
- Provide L2/L3 functional support and assist with production incidents, enhancements, and BAU activities.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely delivery of functional requirements and project milestones.EXP 7 + YRS
