Role Description The Finishing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing all finishing activities on Mixed-Use commercial project. This role coordinates and supervises trades and subcontractors to ensure finishes such as flooring, painting, fixtures, joinery, and other interior and exterior works meet design specifications and quality standards.

The Finishing

Manager monitors daily site progress, inspects work for compliance with drawings and specifications, and resolves on-the-spot issues related to materials, workmanship, and timelines. The role involves planning finishing schedules, aligning resources, collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and site engineers, and maintaining detailed documentation of inspections, snag lists, and handover reports.

Manager also enforces safety protocols, supports cost control efforts, and helps ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control skills, including detailed inspection of finishes, adherence to specifications, and management of snagging and rectification.
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, such as scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and progress reporting.
- Candidates should possess relevant Construction and Production Management skills to oversee on-site finishing operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Candidates should possess SMSTS or equivalent safety management training, with the ability to enforce health and safety standards on site.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in real estate or building construction, particularly in finishing works for residential and commercial projects, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in reading drawings and using basic project tracking tools are advantageous.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced site environment, are important for success in this role.
