Flex PLM Customization Engineer / Developer (4+ Years)

Position: Flex PLM Customization Engineer

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: PAN India / Bangalore / Remote (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities

- Customize and configure PTC FlexPLM modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and enhance FlexPLM functionalities using Java, JSP, XML, JavaScript, and Windchill Framework.
- Configure product data management, materials, sourcing, costing, and workflow modules.
- Design and implement integrations between FlexPLM and ERP, MES, SAP, Oracle, or third-party applications.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data migration utilities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, code reviews, and testing activities.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization initiatives.




- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support manuals.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in PTC FlexPLM Customization and Development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- FlexPLM Architecture
- Windchill Framework
- Java/J2EE
- JSP, Servlets
- JavaScript
- XML/XSLT
- SQL, Oracle or SQL Server
- Experience developing:
- Custom Workflows
- Business Rules
- UI Customizations
- Reports
- REST/SOAP Integrations
- Experience with code deployment and migration activities.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Robust debugging and troubleshooting skills.
