We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to support the procurement, administration, and management of the company’s vehicle fleet.

About the Role The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for supporting the procurement and ongoing management of the company’s vehicle fleet. The role will involve obtaining and comparing quotations from vehicle providers, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining vehicle and fleet records, monitoring maintenance requirements, and preparing reports related to vehicle usage and costs.

Responsibilities

- Obtain and compare quotations from vehicle providers based on pricing, specifications, and requirements.
- Coordinate with vehicle dealers, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, suppliers, quotations, leases, servicing, and maintenance.
- Monitor vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules and follow up on pending requirements.
- Track vehicle usage, mileage, costs, and other fleet-related data.
- Review vehicle-related invoices and maintain supporting records.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet operations,



usage, costs, and maintenance.
- Support procurement activities and assist in improving fleet efficiency and cost management.
- Ensure all fleet records and reports are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Experience with an automobile, car, vehicle, or automotive company is preferred.

Required Skills

- Understanding of automobiles, maintenance, and servicing.
- Robust analytical, numerical, and Excel skills.
- Good vendor coordination and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in the automobile/automotive industry.
- Experience with car dealerships, automobile companies, fleet, or vehicle service providers.
- Experience in automobile sales, service, procurement, or vendor coordination.
