WILMARCS Motion Pictures is looking for someone who can take ownership of the financial and commercial side of a growing creative business.

This is not a senior Finance Manager position, and we are specifically looking for someone in the early stage of their career who wants responsibility, exposure and the opportunity to grow alongside the company.

What you’ll ownYou’ll work closely with the Founder and business team across:

- GST coordination and regular finance/compliance work
- Quotations, estimates and client invoicing
- Receivables and payment follow-ups
- Vendor payments and expense tracking
- Project-wise budgets, costs and profitability
- Cash-flow planning
- Monthly financial reporting
- Sales pipeline and expected revenue tracking
- Maintaining clean financial records and documentation
- Working with our CA/accounting partners wherever required
- Helping management understand where the business is making or losing money

But we are looking for more than someone who can maintain accounts. We want someone who is curious about how a business actually works.

If a ₹10 lakh project comes in, you should eventually be able to understand what we quoted, what it will cost us to deliver,



what our margin looks like, when the money should come in and whether the project makes commercial sense.

Who we’re looking forIdeally, you have:

- Around 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong fundamentals in accounting and business finance
- Practical understanding of GST, invoicing and Indian business compliance
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Comfort working directly with a founder and taking responsibility
- The confidence to follow up internally and externally when money or documentation is pending
- An interest in understanding sales, projects and business operations—not just bookkeeping

Experience in a startup, SME, agency, production company or founder-led business would be particularly relevant. The mindset mattersWe’re not looking for someone who needs a narrowly defined accounting desk.

We’re looking for someone who can say:

“Give me the numbers. Let me understand the business. I’ll help you keep it under control.”
