Role Description The Trade Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot.

The Trade

Manager will execute trades aligned with firm strategies, monitor positions and market conditions in real time, and adjust exposure according to defined risk and portfolio guidelines. This role involves working closely with research and strategy teams to translate model outputs into actionable orders, ensuring accurate and timely trade implementation.

Qualifications

- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with comfort working with data, statistics, and probabilistic concepts.
- Experience or interest in financial markets, trading operations, or portfolio management, preferably in a systematic or research-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles, including position sizing, exposure limits, and liquidity considerations.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical tools; familiarity with programming or scripting (e.g., Python, R, or similar) is an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and discipline in execution and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Rajkot, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, finance, economics, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Willingness to work during market hours and adapt to evolving strategies, tools, and processes.
