This job role is a full-time out door sales role. The incumbent is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships and contribute to business growth. The incumbent is expected to research potential clients, conduct market analysis, plan outreach strategies, attend networking events and meetings, and collaborate internally to designbusiness proposal for prospective client.

The incumbent is expected to complete Client on-boarding process. The incumbent is expected to manage client relationship on ongoing basis. The incumbent is expected to manage the above responsibilities from the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation through field visits, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and qualify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and client objections.
- Convert prospects into clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, lead records, and regular sales reports.




- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events and client meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to on-boarding.
- Manage client relationship on on-going basis.

Qualifications

- Prior experience of Field Sales and or Client Acquisition.
- Familiarity with the Digital Marketing industry and services offered.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other lead generation tools for prospecting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
- Experience in preparing business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Strong market research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
