The Role
We’re looking for an energetic Field Marketing Specialist to grow both sides of our network — customers and drivers.
You will:
- Acquire & onboard customers, merchants and businesses
- Identify, engage & onboard drivers and fleet partners
- Execute on-ground marketing & local activations
- Build relationships across key market clusters
- Generate leads and drive conversions
- Gather market & competitor insights
- Maintain daily activity, lead and conversion trackers
- Work closely with Operations to strengthen demand & supply across zones
What we're looking for
Solid communication • Street-smart execution • Local market knowledge • Target-driven mindset • Relationship building • Basic Excel/Google Sheets
Experience in logistics, mobility, hyperlocal, last-mile, field sales or on-demand businesses is a plus.
