Role Description The Field Marketing Executive role at AR GLOBAL HUB is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual will plan and execute field marketing activities, including local events, seminars, and outreach programs to promote overseas education services.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, and local partners, distributing marketing materials, and capturing leads for counseling and admissions teams. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align field campaigns with overall marketing strategies, tracking campaign performance,



and providing regular reports.

The Field Marketing

Executive will also interact directly with prospective students and families, answering basic queries and directing them to appropriate consultants.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in field marketing, event coordination, and campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, public speaking, and relationship building with educational institutions and partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in lead generation, basic sales support, and customer service.
- Candidates should possess skills in data recording, reporting, and using basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in education consulting, field sales, or marketing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to travel locally within Hyderabad and nearby areas as required for events and outreach.
