Astro is a premium prebiotic beverage brand revolutionizing gut health with our crisp, delicious sodas. We are building a bold brand identity and aggressively expanding our footprint across the nation. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Field Marketing & Sales Executive to lead our B2B and B2C expansion in Jaipur. In this role, you will be the face of the brand on the ground, actively closing new accounts and driving grassroots consumer engagement.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

B2B Sales & Account Acquisition: Execute strategic daily visits to targeted premium restaurants, cafes, and boutique grocers. Pitch the Astro brand proposition to venue owners, negotiate terms, and successfully onboard new retail accounts.

Distributor Management: Collaborate closely with our local distribution partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment, optimize stock levels, and maintain premium shelf placement across all active accounts.

Relationship & Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospitality partners. Ensure high brand visibility through point-of-sale (POS) materials and prime refrigerator placement.

Field Activations & Event Management:



Oversee the logistics and execution of promotional kiosks and product sampling drives at premium venues and local events to drive direct-to-consumer brand awareness.

Who We Are Looking For:

Experienced Sales Professional: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development, preferably within the FMCG or food & beverage industry.

Local Market Expert: Deep familiarity with Jaipur's premium hospitality (HoReCa) and retail landscape, knowing exactly which cafes and grocers align with our target demographic.

Action-Oriented Closer: A highly self-motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in the field and possesses strong negotiation and closing skills.

Qualified Communicator: A polished demeanor with the ability to authentically represent a premium, modern wellness brand to business owners and consumers alike. (Must have independent transportation for daily field visits).
