? Experience: 5-10 Years

? Key Skills & Expertise Required

✅ Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Analysis

✅ Aircraft Crack Propagation Analysis

✅ Aircraft Loads & Spectrum Generation

✅ Rainflow Counting, Miner's Rule & Stress File Analysis

✅ Stress Concentration (Kt) Calculations using Peterson's, DFEM & ISAMI

✅ Metallic & Composite Structural Analysis

✅ Static Strength, Buckling & Bolted Joint Analysis

✅ Fatigue & Static Calculations (Hand Calcs, DFEM,



GFEM, ISAMI)

✅ Understanding of Ftu, Fty, Fcy, AFI Parameters, S-N Curves & Fracture Toughness

✅ Free-Body Diagram Development & Load Path Identification

✅ ISAMI Modules (Filled Hole, Lug, Corin, Damage Tolerance, Spectrum Analysis, etc.)

✅ Certification Reports, Repairs, Concessions, PDR/CDR Documentation

? Additional Expectations

? Hands-on experience in Aerospace domain

? Team leadership and mentoring experience

? KPI management and customer-facing communication skills
