Role Description The Fashion Jewelry Merchandiser will manage product assortments, visual presentation, and inventory for Solitaire’s jewelry collections in retail and wholesale channels. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design and production teams, planning merchandise mix, analyzing sales performance, and recommending product adjustments to optimize profitability. The role involves overseeing display standards, ensuring products are aligned with brand aesthetics, and supporting promotional activities and customer-facing events.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular interaction with customers and partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide product information, and enhance the buying experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to drive store performance, manage assortments, and support conversion and upselling.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and brand-building activities.
- Relevant experience in fashion jewelry, accessories, or retail merchandising is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track inventory, and make data-informed merchandising decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and understanding of current fashion and jewelry trends.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion, Design, Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
